The number of YouTube views of the ‘Butter’ music video released by BTS on May 21 exceeded 500 million around 9:15 am on the 7th of August. With this, BTS has the 11th Music video with 500 million view in their career.
‘Butter’ has also surpassed 19M likes on YouTube, extending BTS record as the artist with most music videos to achieve this. Now BTS are having 4 music video with more then 19 million likes.
‘Butter’ is a summer song with an exciting and light atmosphere, featuring a catchy bass line and refreshing synth sound from the beginning. After entering the top spot on the Billboard main single chart ‘Hot 100’ on June 5th, it topped the charts on July 17th for 7 weeks in a row, and topped the ninth chart until the latest chart (as of August 7th).
