BTS celebrates 4th anniversary of ‘Love Myself’ campaign

The group BTS has released a special video containing messages of congratulations and thanks in celebration of the 4th anniversary of the ‘LOVE MYSELF’ campaign.

According to the UNICEF Korean Committee (Secretary-General Lee Ki-cheol) on the 1st November, BTS members shared a special video through this special video, saying, “For the past 4 years, I have been watching the process of Love My Self working with UNICEF to become a message of hope and comfort to many people around the world. I felt moved and grateful.”

They said, “Thank you for listening to our message and speaking out with us.” They added, “I am very excited to see how much more positive energy this campaign will create next year and the year after that”.

BTS and Big Hit Music signed an agreement with the Korean Committee for UNICEF on November 1, 2017 to support UNICEF’s campaign to eradicate violence against children and youth #ENDviolence. of ‘LOVE MYSELF’ campaigns around the world.

Ki-cheol Lee, Secretary General of the UNICEF Korea Committee said, “The good influence that BTS has delivered over the past four years has been truly astonishing. In particular, while the world is going through a difficult time due to COVID-19, BTS’ messages of courage and hope have been of greater comfort than any other words. It also contributed greatly to promoting Korea to the world. He donated more than 1 billion won to UNICEF every year and actively supported UNICEF’s campaign to eradicate violence against children and youth. I would like to thank BTS for their sincere steps and unstinting support for children and teenagers around the world.”

The UNICEF Korean Committee is carrying out fundraising and child rights advocacy activities on behalf of UNICEF in Korea.
