On the 19th October, BTS agency BigHit Music releases, Jin Solo Single ‘The Astronaut’ Promotion Schedule through the fan community Weverse.
BigHit Music announced that, “BTS member Jin first solo single ‘The Astronaut’ will be released on October 28, 2022 at 1PM KST.”
The solo single ‘The Astronaut’ is Co-written by Jin and coldplay.
The company said, This song “The Astronaut” by Jin was made with a lot of love for the fans, It is our hope that this song can be a gift to all of you.
In the process of preparing for a solo single, Hybe have also prepared various promotions for the fans.
In addition, a trailer video for the logo of ‘The Astronaut’ was uploaded on BTS official YouTube channel.
The released trailer video of ‘The Astronaut’ contains the appearance of a spaceship that has left Earth. The astronaut from the spaceship went somewhere past the falling stars, the moon, satellites, and meteorites. Then, the astronaut was engulfed in purple light and attracted attention.

Jin will initiate the process to enlist and fulfill military service as soon as his schedule for his solo single ends.
Jin solo single ‘The Astronaut’ will be released on the 28th at 1pm KST.
Meanwhile, BIGHIT announced that BTS will fulfill their military service. Individual activities of some BTS members will continue until the first half of 2023.
Jin will enlist as an active duty soldier at the Nonsan Training Center or the front-line unit recruit training center within end of this year.
