Rose (born Park Chae-young on February 11, 1997), also known as Roseanne Park, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and member of the K-pop girl group BLACKPINK.

Rose Early Life and Education:

Rose was born in Auckland, New Zealand, to Korean immigrant parents. She spent her early years in Australia as her family moved to Melbourne, Australia, when she was still a child.

Rose attended Canterbury Girls’ Secondary College, where she further nurtured her passion for music. From a young age, Rose displayed a natural talent for singing and performing.

She participated in various singing competitions and talent shows, showcasing her exceptional vocal abilities. Her talent caught the attention of YG Entertainment, one of South Korea’s leading entertainment agencies.

Rose Training and Debut with BLACKPINK:

After successfully auditioning for YG Entertainment in 2012, Rose became a trainee at the agency. During her training period, she honed her singing and dancing skills while also receiving vocal training from renowned vocal coaches.

Rose’s dedication and hard work eventually paid off when she was selected to debut as a member of BLACKPINK, alongside Jisoo, Jennie, and Lisa.
